Initiatives and actors linked to multilateral funds for climate action in Central America with a focus on Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala
Goals
Diagnosis on the financing flows of green funds in Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala and a preliminary mapping of accredited entities and existing initiatives with identification of opportunities for OXFAM
Develop structured dialogues on threats, opportunities and strategies for collaboration with GCF, AF, GEF initiatives between Oxfam staff and partners/allies of the three countries on the main findings of the diagnosis and future definitions.
Design and develop an action route for the development of strategic alliances and seeking financing from the Multilateral Climate Funds and at least two (2) products for development of strategic alliances and search for financing from the Multilateral Climate Funds.
