Preparation and dissemination of the gender action plan during the GCF financing processes for climate change in Colombia. Action plan socialization included three workshops.
Goals
Construction of a Gender Policy and Equality Action Plan Review Tool for Accredited Entities (AE) for the GCF, including objectives; guidelines for the mainstreaming of the gender approach; indicators that allow AEs to apply the gender approach in climate projects; roadmap and practical tools to guarantee the mainstreaming of the gender approach in all stages of a climate project, who will be part of the Colombia Country Program.
Develop capacity-building models to validate and socialize the Tool with the Collegiate Body of Colombia (MinAmbiente, DNP, MinHacienda, MinRelEx, APC), Accredited Entities and Entities in the process of accreditation, as well as delivery partners.
