Conduct a vulnerability assessment for two regions of Suriname, effectuate a GCF Concept Note, and deliver training on GCF climate finance to the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture as well as other government and non-government stakeholders in Suriname.
Goals
Design the general outline of the Concept Note suitable for GCF projects in both regions with specific guidance to the collaborators where to focus on in their work to gather relevant information and to prepare analyses, technical studies and recommendations.
Creation of the first draft of the Concept Note Ready to be presented to the authorities and consulted with the stakeholders for input.
Delivery ofthe Concept Note for the Green Climate Fund.
