Prepare 1 regional level concept note and 8 national concept notes that contribute to the implementation of the NDCs of the countries that are part of the Green Recovery Readiness Project, to be presented to the GCF. Develop 16 proofs of concept per country (2 per country) that include the validation of disruptive technologies or technological mechanisms. Duration of assignment: 5 months

Support the accreditation process of MARENA (the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources of Nicaragua) to the GCF for closing the gaps.
1) Evaluation of collaborative and co-creation mechanisms to promote public-private investment within agri-food production clusters with an intensive use of technological innovation, considering as part of this process, duly identified, systematized and characterized examples in the region of Latin America and the Caribbean. 2) Prepare 16 proofs of concept (2 per country) on the adaptation and validation of three disruptive technological innovations and/or also identified technological mechanisms, including ICT2 for food traceability and electronic commerce, GIS3 and monitoring platforms of climate for the safety and management of food, health and water, for small and medium producers, 3) Development of 1 regional concept note and 8 national concept notes.
